We are based out of Krv Palle, near the Rangasamudram post office in Chithhor. It is a quiet place to run a business like this. We started back when the internet was just getting big in these parts. People wonder why we stay in a small place like B.Kothakota instead of moving to a city like Bangalore, but we like the pace here. The office is basically just a room with some old desks and plenty of packing tape. We handle all kinds of things through the website. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or checking the inventory in the back. It’s not a glamorous corporate environment. Sometimes the power goes out for a few hours and we just have to sit and wait. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a HR department. It’s just a few of us making sure that what people order actually gets to them in one piece. The local delivery guys know us well by now. We’ve had to learn everything as we went along. Some things we got right and some things we messed up, but we’re still here. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes with the slow logistics, but we find a way to make it work. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks without any big fuss. It isn't perfect, but it's ours and we work hard at it every day.
