We are located on the first floor of Door No. 3724, at Site No. 2 in Medahalli. This is right in Chitradurga. The name of the business is Sristi Agrotech Private Limited. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is usually quite busy. Chitradurga is a place with a lot of history, and it’s also a hub for agriculture in this part of Karnataka. We work on the tech side of farming, trying to bring some new ideas to the old ways of doing things. It’s not always easy because people are used to their traditions, but we try to show how things can be a bit more efficient. Our office is pretty basic—we’ve got some desks, a few computers, and a lot of files. It’s a place where we do the planning and the phone calls. We aren't some high-flying tech firm from the city; we are local and we understand the local problems. We deal with seeds, fertilizers, and equipment. Sometimes we are out in the fields, and other times we are stuck in the office doing the accounts. It’s a balanced life. We know most of the people around Medahalli. We aren't here to give anyone a sales pitch, just to provide the stuff that farmers need to get their work done. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way for everyone involved in the company.
