We are located at 408/25 in Ugarbudruk, which is part of Athani. Sai Prasad Real Estate is a small local outfit. This isn't a big city with skyscrapers, so our work is mostly about agricultural land and small houses in the village. We’ve lived here all our lives, so we know every corner of the area. The office is really just a room where we keep our registers and meet people who are looking to sell their land or buy a small plot. It’s very quiet most of the time. We spend a lot of our day out in the fields or visiting different properties on a motorbike. It’s dusty work, but someone has to do it. We don't have a website or anything fancy like that.
