Raju Real Estate

We have been here at 35-78 on Chippalakatti Road for a while now. Raju Real Estate is just us helping folks find a spot or sell what they have in the Yadawad area. It is not a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk and some chairs where we talk about land and houses. People walk in, we show them what is available on the map, and we go from there. It can get busy some days, especially when the weather is nice for looking at plots. We know the roads around here pretty well. Sometimes a neighbor stops by just to ask what the prices are doing these days. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who grew up around here. Dealing with paperwork can be a headache, so we try to help with that part too. It is mostly just honest talk about what a piece of land is worth and if it is a good fit for someone's family. We have seen the town change quite a bit over the years. New roads coming in and old fields turning into shops. If you are looking for something specific near the road or further back, we usually know who owns what. It is just local work. Nothing fancy about it. We just keep our files organized and try to answer the phone whenever it rings. If we are out at a site, we will get back to you when we are back at the desk.
