Freshologist Agro Industries Private Limited is situated down in Tah. Sausar. Specifically, we are in Kadu Colony, Ward No. 10. Chhindwada is a good place for this kind of thing. Our post is Sausar and we’ve been working from this location for some time. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here but it puts us close to the actual farms. We deal with agro products and trying to keep things fresh. It’s a lot of manual labor and checking temperatures. The colony is quiet mostly, except when trucks are loading up. We don't have a big corporate culture here. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Most of us grew up nearby so we know the land well. Dealing with crops means you are always at the mercy of the rain. We keep the office simple with just the basic furniture and a few computers. It’s not about looking good; it’s about getting the produce moved. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. If someone wants to know about us, they just come to Ward No. 10 and talk. We have our routine and we stick to it. Sometimes we stay late when a big batch comes in. It’s just how the agro industry goes in a place like Sausar. We are just local people doing a job.
