Tushar Mens Parlour

My name is Tushar and I run this mens parlour here on Jwahar Colony Road. It’s right by Tanaji Chowk in the Shivshankar Colony area of Aurangabad. I’ve been working here for quite some time now. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a place for guys to come get a haircut or a shave without much fuss. Most people around here know where we are because of the chowk. We open up early and stay till late evening most days. It gets a bit crowded on weekends, especially Sundays when everyone has a day off. I handle most of the work myself or have a helper when it's busy. The chairs are old but comfortable enough for the twenty minutes you spend in them. We keep the mirrors clean and make sure the tools are ready. Aurangabad can get pretty hot, so we try to keep the shop as cool as we can with the fans. People stop by to talk about local news while waiting their turn. It's a simple life running a shop like this. You meet all kinds of people from the neighborhood. Some have been coming since they were kids and now they bring their own sons. I don't do anything too fancy, just regular styles that people ask for. We don't have any big corporate plans, just serving the street here.
