We are based in the Amer Market on Nizamuddin Road in Shahgunj. It’s a busy market area and we have been here for a while now. Our main thing is computers, so the shop is usually full of monitors, keyboards, and tangled wires. It’s not the cleanest looking place because there is always some machine being taken apart on the desk. People bring in their laptops when they stop working or when the screens get cracked. We also sell some parts if someone needs a new mouse or a cable. Nizamuddin Road is always loud with people and vehicles, so there is a lot of background noise while we work. Shahgunj is a crowded area, but it’s good for business because someone always has a computer problem. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to fix things. We don't use a lot of big words to explain what's wrong with a PC; we just tell them what needs to be fixed and how long it will take. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive, so we have rows of computers waiting on the shelves. It’s a lot of technical work but we try to keep it simple for the customers. We spend our days under the tube lights, looking at motherboards and trying to get things running again for people. It is a bit messy but that is how it goes. We just do the repairs and sell the parts.
