Our shop is down in the basement of Shri Nival, over in Venkatesh Nagar. You have to walk down the stairs to find us. Being near the Mhasoba Temple helps people find the place since the temple is a big landmark in Harsool. It’s a bit cool down here in the basement even when it’s hot outside, which is good for all the computers we have stacked up. We’ve got parts and monitors everywhere, and sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room on the shelves. It’s just how it goes when you’re fixing things all day. I usually have a few machines open on the workbench and some old cables tucked in the corners. People from around the neighborhood just drop by when their laptops acting up or if they need a quick part. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s mostly just a workspace where we get things done. The light isn’t the brightest, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing with the small screws. My brother helps out on the weekends when it gets really busy. We’ve been in this spot for a long time now. Most of the regulars know to just come down the steps and shout if we’re in the back room. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the people who live nearby.
