Sarika Beauty Parlour

I've been running Sarika Beauty Parlour in Osmanpura for quite some time now. We are located right by the New Sant Eknath Rang Mandir in Aurangabad. It’s a decent spot because people often stop by when they have something going on at the mandir. The shop itself is pretty basic. I have a couple of chairs and some mirrors that I try to keep clean. Most of the ladies around here come in for simple things like getting their eyebrows done or a quick haircut. The dust in Aurangabad is something else, so we do a lot of face cleaning too. It isn't a fancy place with bright lights or anything like that. Just a small room where I do my work. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we just sit and talk until it comes back. My neighbor has a tea stall, so we usually drink some chai while waiting for the next person to walk in. I started this because I always liked doing hair and makeup for my friends. Now it is just my daily life. I open the doors early and stay until the sun goes down. Some people call me on the phone first, but mostly they just walk in when they are passing by. I try to keep things tidy, but with the road right there, it’s a bit of a struggle. If you are near the theater, you will see our small sign out front.
