Rolls Junction

Rolls Junction is at Shop No 1 in the Laxmi Prahlad Ayan Building, which is in the Osmanpura area of Aurangabad. We are quite close to the Sant Eknath Mandir, so we get a lot of people who are visiting the temple or just living in the neighborhood. Our shop is pretty small and humble. We’ve got a counter where we take orders and a small space in the back where all the rolling and cooking happens. It’s not a fancy place with a big sign or bright lights. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of time making sure the ingredients are fresh every day. The Maharashtra heat can be tough, so we’re always making sure the fridge is running right and everything is kept cool. We don't use any corporate scripts when we talk to guests; we just say hello and tell you how long the food will take. Sometimes we might run out of a certain type of wrap by the end of the evening, but we just tell it like it is. It’s a local business run by local people who just want to make a decent living. We keep the place tidy and the food hot, and that’s about all there is to it. No frills, just a simple roll shop in Osmanpura.
