Jai Ganesh Gents Parlour

Jai Ganesh Gents Parlour is located in the Old Mondha area of Aurangabad, right opposite Priya Trading. This is an old part of the city where everything is a bit more traditional and crowded. The shop is tucked into a busy street where people are always buying and selling things. We have a small space here, but it is enough for the two chairs and the table for our combs and razors. The building is older, so the walls have some character and the floor is a bit uneven in places. We spend most of our time here, from the early morning when the markets open until the evening when things finally slow down. You can hear the sounds of the trading going on across the street all day. It’s a noisy, busy place to work. We don't have any air conditioning, just a couple of fans that hum while we work. People drop in for a quick shave or a haircut while they are out doing their business in Old Mondha. Most of them are working men who don't want anything fancy. They just want to look tidy and get back to their jobs. We keep a bowl of water and some clean cloths ready. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. Being opposite Priya Trading makes us easy to find for anyone who knows the area well.
