Balaji Gents Parlour

Balaji Gents Parlour sits right across from the police station in Kannad. It is a convenient spot for anyone living near Shivaji Park. Being in Aurangabad-Maharashtra, we see a lot of different people coming through the doors. The shop is small and practical. We have a couple of chairs where we do haircuts and shaves for the local men. Most of our customers are regulars who live just a few streets away. They come in, sit down, and we already know how they like their hair cut. It’s a busy little area, especially in the mornings. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy decorations. The walls have some old posters and the mirrors are a bit aged, but they do the job. My father used to say that a good haircut speaks for itself. We try to keep the place tidy, though the hair piles up fast on a Saturday. If you are near the police station and need a quick shave, you can just step in. We don't use any fancy machines, just standard scissors and razors. It is honest work. We open early so the office workers can get ready before their shift starts. It is just a normal gents parlour for the community here in Kannad. We have a small radio playing in the corner to keep things lively during the day.
