Architect Vishnu Kunjar & Associates is located in the Veer Shanti building on Adalat Road. We are right at Kranti Chowk, which is always buzzing with people. If you see the Raymond Showroom, we are just opposite that. Our office is on the first floor, Room 101. It’s a workspace filled with rolls of drawings, rulers, and a few computers that are usually running some design software. We spend a lot of time drawing lines and checking measurements. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we do. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just an architect’s office where we try to figure out how to make buildings work better. We’ve worked on various projects around Aurangabad over the years. Some are small renovations and others are a bit bigger. We like the challenge of fitting everything into a tight space. We don't use much marketing talk because the buildings we help design usually speak for themselves. Most clients just walk in because they saw our sign or knew someone we worked for before. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We show up, we do the drawings, and we help people through the building process. Kranti Chowk is a great place to be because we are right in the middle of everything, even if the traffic outside gets a bit loud sometimes in the afternoons.
