This part of Aurangabad is pretty easy to navigate once you find the theater. The office is a quiet place where we focus on the work. It’s not a big corporate setup with lots of layers. Usually, it's just a few of us handling the designs and talking to clients who drop by. We’ve been in Osmanpura for some time, and it feels like home to us. People come in with ideas for their houses or shops, and we sit down to see what can actually be done. There isn't any polished sales pitch here. We just look at the site, check the requirements, and start drawing. Sometimes the plans take a while to get right, but we don't like to rush things just for the sake of it. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure the measurements are correct and the layout makes sense for everyday life. We deal with the local authorities and the practical side of building things in Maharashtra. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it as clearly as possible. No big promises, just steady work on the boards every day to get the projects finished for the people who trust us.
