Mayur Paints & Hardware is right here on Bhuteshwar Road in Mathura, near Shri Krishna Janm Bhumi. We've been at Plot No-28 for a while now. It's a busy spot near Jagannath Puri. Dealing with paint cans and heavy hardware every day is just what we do. People come in looking for specific colors or just a box of nails. The shop gets dusty sometimes because of the traffic on NH2, but that’s just how it is around here. We spend most of the morning unloading deliveries and getting things organized on the shelves so people can find what they need. If you're heading toward the temple, you’ve probably seen our sign. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular hardware store with stacks of pipes and buckets of paint everywhere. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the right bolt in the back, but we usually get there. The weather in Mathura can get pretty hot, so we try to keep the shop cool, but it’s hard with the door open all day. We know most of the regulars by name now. It’s a simple living. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us making sure the shelves stay full. If someone needs a ladder or a specific brush, they stop by. We just try to keep things moving and help out the neighbors with their house repairs. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from morning till evening.
