Zak Architech Expo

Our office is over at Zak Towers, which is Old No 27 and New No 49. We are tucked away on Veeranbadran Street in Nungambakkam. It’s right behind the Taj Coramandal, which is a big landmark everyone knows. Zak Architech Expo is run from this spot. The street can be a little narrow sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a lot of stuff going on with the expos and planning things out. The office gets a bit crowded with files and floor plans. It’s not one of those super clean, minimalist places you see in magazines. It’s a working office. We’re in Nungambakkam because it’s a good central location for most people. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for way too long. We just try to keep things moving. The building itself, Zak Towers, has been our home for a while. We know the other people in the building too. It feels like a small community here. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us doing the work. Usually, there's someone here from early morning. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street. But we like the energy of being behind the Taj. It makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't visited us before. We just do our thing here and keep the office running as best as we can.
