Conferences & Incentives Managment India Pvt Ltd is based at Plot No 932 in TVS Avenue, Jeevan Beema Nagar. We are right opposite the Chennai Public School in Anna Nagar West. It’s a busy little corner of the city. We spend our days organizing meetings and corporate gatherings for various groups. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, making sure hotels and venues are booked correctly. We don't really have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just make sure the chairs are in the right place and the projectors work. Our office is a bit crowded with files and folders from past events. There are about six of us working here regularly. We’ve been doing this for long enough that we can usually spot a problem before it happens. Anna Nagar West is a nice area to work in, even if the traffic gets a bit heavy around school hours. We just try to keep things simple for our clients. We aren't interested in using big marketing words. We just want the conferences to go off without any major hitches. It’s honest, detail-oriented work. If you need to find the office, just look for the school gate and we are right across the road. We’re usually there from morning until late evening, just getting through the to-do list for the next event on the calendar. We take our tasks one at a time here.
