Builders Line

Builders Line is located on the second floor of the Aziz Mulk building. The address is officially New No 43, though some still call it Old No 19. We are on 1st Street, right behind the State Bank of India on Greames Road. It’s a decent sized office where we keep all our records and plans. We've been in the construction and building industry for a good number of years. It’s mostly about keeping track of materials and making sure the sites have what they need. Working on Greames Road can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but being near the bank makes things easier for paperwork. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of secretaries. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We deal with a lot of different contractors and people looking to get work done. It’s practical work. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We just focus on the projects. If you're looking for us, look for the SBI branch first, it's the easiest way to find the turn. The stairs to the second floor are a bit narrow, but we’re up there. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we moved into this office, but we’re still here doing the same thing. It is a solid place to work from.
