We are located at Flat No. D2, on the 3rd Floor of No.23, Prakasam Street in Chennai. Our pin code is 600017. Yp Digest India Private Limited is right in the thick of things in Chennai. Being on the third floor means we get a little bit of a view, but mostly it’s just the tops of other buildings and the street below. The stairs are a bit of a climb if the lift is being moody, which happens once in a while. The office is basically a flat that we converted into a workspace. It has a kitchen area where we make coffee and a couple of rooms where we sit with our computers. Chennai is always loud and busy, and Prakasam Street is no different. We spend our hours doing research and digital work. It is nothing too fancy. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. There is always a pile of newspapers or magazines somewhere because of the nature of what we do. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just ring the bell and one of us lets you in. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We like it that way because it is comfortable. We just focus on our daily output and try to stay cool in the Chennai heat. It can get really humid here during the monsoon months.
