Design Palette

Design Palette is tucked away in the Nanganallur Bazaar. If you know the bazaar, you know it gets pretty crowded and loud with all the shoppers and vendors. We like being right in the middle of it though. It keeps us busy and there is always something happening outside our door. Our shop isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. We spend most of our time looking at colors and layouts. Sometimes we get stuck on a project and have to step out for a coffee just to clear our heads. It isn't always easy work, even if it sounds like it might be. People come in with all sorts of ideas, some that work and some that don't, and we just try to figure it out with them. We use our hands and our eyes mostly. The bazaar has a life of its own, and we feel like a small part of that community. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but we’ve managed to stay put. We don't have a fancy reception area. Usually, you'll find us hunched over a desk or looking at samples. We don't put on airs here. It's just a place where we try to make things look a bit better. We hope people feel okay just walking in and talking to us. The bazaar atmosphere is part of who we are, even when it is noisy outside.
