Cpc is located at 17A Periyar Nagar in Madippakkam, Chennai. It’s a nice enough area, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good while. The pin code here is 600091. We aren't a massive outfit, just a local business trying to do things the right way. Our building is pretty easy to spot once you get onto the right street. We have a small team here, and most of us live close enough to walk or take a short ride to work. It’s a practical setup. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or espresso machines. We just have our desks, some good tea, and the work that needs to be done. Madippakkam is a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here over the years. Even with all the new buildings going up, we’ve stayed right where we are. We like the connection we have with the local people. When someone comes in, they usually know someone we know. It’s that kind of place. We don't go in for big advertisements or saying we’re the best at everything. We just show up every day, do the tasks assigned to us, and try to be helpful. It’s honest work, and we’re proud to be doing it here in Chennai. There’s no fancy jargon used in our office, just plain talk about what needs to happen next to finish a project. We finish up in the evening, lock the doors, and come back to do it again the next day.
