Our place is in Egmore, right on Montieth Road at Asha Mansion. We are on the second floor at New No. 18 A. It’s a busy part of Chennai with a lot of old buildings and shops nearby. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it has plenty of space for us to work on our exhibition plans. We handle everything from the initial bookings to the final setup of the events. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists over and over. The building has a bit of a vintage feel, which we actually like. There is a lot of traffic on Montieth Road, so it can get noisy, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We have some long-time staff members who know exactly how everything works. We don't really have a big corporate setup. It’s just desks, some cupboards full of old files, and a few computers. Sometimes the rain in Chennai makes getting to the office a bit of a challenge, but we manage. We keep a regular schedule, starting around nine in the morning. People often drop by to talk about their stalls or to pick up some paperwork. We don't use any fancy management systems, just honest work and good old communication. It’s a comfortable enough spot to spend the day. Usually, there is some coffee brewing in the small pantry we have at the back. We have a few old posters from previous years tacked up on the walls to fill the space.
