V. L. R. Industries

V. L. R. Industries is located at No. 65 on South Mada Street in Padi. It’s a busy area, and our building is right in the thick of it. We do a lot of manufacturing work here, so there is usually a bit of noise from the machines and the loading area. It’s not a quiet library type of office. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been with us since we started. We wear work clothes and don't mind getting our hands a bit dirty when we need to check on the production line. The front office is small and mostly used for keeping records and talking to suppliers. There’s a ceiling fan that squeaks a bit, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We produce various parts and items, focusing on making sure they are built correctly before they leave the door. South Mada Street can get quite crowded with shoppers and other businesses, so we’ve learned to navigate the tight space pretty well. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; we just rely on making good products that people actually need. It’s a very practical place. We start early in the morning and wrap things up when the job is done for the day. It’s the kind of business where everyone knows how to do a little bit of everything. There is a good tea stall around the corner where we usually take a break.
