Unic Interior

Our spot is over at 15, TNHB Colony in Purasaiwakkam. It’s a residential-feeling area but there is a lot of business activity tucked away in these streets. Running Unic Interior from here means we are right in the middle of a busy neighborhood. The streets can be narrow, and finding a parking spot is usually a headache for anyone visiting. We don’t have a big showroom with bright lights. Instead, it’s more of a functional space where we plan things out and talk to people about what they need for their homes or offices. There’s usually some dust around because that’s just the nature of the work we do. We have some samples lying around and old projects piled up in corners. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. The local tea shop nearby is where most of our breaks happen. It’s not a quiet place, you can always hear the sounds of the city and the neighbors. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s a simple operation. We don't use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done with sketches and physical measurements. We just try to do a solid job and get home on time. The building is a bit old, but it has character and it serves its purpose for what we do every day. It is just a regular way of working.
