Idp Interiors

So we are over here at No. 29/1 in Sastha Nagar. It’s on the 1st Street in Valasarawakkam, which is usually quite busy with people going about their day. Idp Interiors isn't a huge place with a glass front or anything like that. We just have our office where we handle all the interior stuff for folks around here. Most days start pretty early. We have to coordinate with the carpenters and the painters, and sometimes things get a bit chaotic with all the wood samples and sketches lying around on the desks. It is just how it goes in this line of work. We aren’t trying to be some fancy corporate office. We just like making houses look like homes. If you walk down the street, you’ll see our sign. It is a local spot. People drop in to ask about cupboards or painting their walls. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and trying to figure out where things fit best. Valasarawakkam has changed a lot over the years, but we are still here doing the same kind of work. It’s not always easy, especially when materials are late or the weather isn't helping, but we get through it. We aren't sales people. We just talk about what can be done with the space you have. Sometimes we have tea and just chat about the designs for hours. It’s a small team, just regular people who know a bit about interiors.
