People come to us because they want someone who understands the local customs and the way things are done in Chennai. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting venues. When we are in the office, we’re usually surrounded by lists and calendars. It’s a lot of coordination. Chennai is a big place, but we try to keep our work feeling personal.
