Spark Events & Wedding Plans is located at No 11, K N Tank Street, right in the middle of Sowcarpet. If you’ve ever been to Sowcarpet in Chennai, you know it is one of the busiest and most crowded parts of the city. The streets are narrow and always full of people, rickshaws, and goods being moved around. Our office is right in the thick of all that action. K N Tank Street has its own character, and working here means you have to be okay with a bit of noise and constant movement. We handle a lot of wedding planning and events from this small office. It’s filled with samples, fabric swatches, and piles of folders. Sowcarpet is actually a great place for this kind of work because everything you could possibly need for a wedding is sold within a few blocks of us. We spend a lot of time walking between different wholesalers and shops in the neighborhood. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about weddings. There is a lot of heavy lifting, negotiating, and making sure timelines are met. We don't have a polished corporate image; we’re just local people who know how to navigate the chaos of a Chennai wedding. It’s hard work and the days are usually very long, but we’ve gotten pretty good at managing the various moving parts that come with every event we take on.
