Slate And Pencil Private Limited

Our office is in Vadapalani, specifically on Raghavan Colony Main Road. The building has two numbers, Old 19/2 and New 41/2, which sometimes confuses the delivery guys, but we eventually get our mail. We liked the name Slate And Pencil because it felt basic and grounded. That is how we try to run things too. We do a bit of everything here in the office, mostly administrative stuff and planning work. The area is quite lively and Vadapalani always feels like it is moving. We have a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. There is no formal dress code, so you will see us in whatever is comfortable for the weather. The office is filled with stationery and notebooks because we still like to write things down by hand sometimes. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some tea packets in the back. The windows look out onto the street, and it is nice to watch people go by when you need a break from the computer screen. We have been at this location for a while now and haven't felt any need to move elsewhere. It is close to the shops and everything we need. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. It is a straightforward way to spend the day, and it works out well for our small group.
