Panikar Management Consulting Private Limited

Panikar Management Consulting Private Limited is based out of No. 20 Apex Chamber on the 5th floor. We are right on Sir Thyagaraya Road in the middle of Pondy Bazaar, T. Nagar. It is a very noisy and crowded part of Chennai, but being up on the 5th floor helps get away from the street sounds a little bit. The elevator in Apex Chamber can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we often end up waiting in the lobby for a while. Our office is full of files, computers, and half-empty coffee mugs. We do management consulting, which basically means we spend our time looking at how other businesses are running and trying to help them stay on track. It is a lot of meetings and looking at spreadsheets. T. Nagar is so busy that there is always something happening right outside, but inside we just try to focus on the work. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and charts. Most of us have been here for a long time, so we know the local shops and where to get the best tea in the afternoon. It is a professional environment but without the corporate stiff suits. We just wear what is comfortable and get through the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, watching the lights of Pondy Bazaar from our office window.
