You’ll find Pulse Safety Equipments at 71D, Audiappa Naicken Street, right in the middle of George Town. If you know Chennai, you know George Town is one of the oldest and most packed parts of the city. Our street is very narrow and always full of people moving bundles of goods on their heads or cycles. We operate out of a small building that has been around longer than I have. Inside, we have shelves stacked to the ceiling with helmets, gloves, and other safety gear. It smells a bit like rubber and plastic in here, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have air conditioning, so we keep the fans going at full speed during the hot summer months. It’s a very loud place because of the shouting and the horns from the street outside. We are just a local team of people who know these products well. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or marketing tricks. People come in, ask for what they need, we find it in the stacks, and they pay. It’s a simple cycle. George Town can be overwhelming if you aren't from here, but for us, it’s just where we work every day. We’ve survived many monsoon seasons here, even when the water gets a bit high on the street. We just keep the inventory dry and wait for the sun to come out. It’s just a regular shop doing its thing.
