Fa Agency

Fa Agency is over at No: 2, on Old Periya Palayathamman Koil Street in Pallavaram. It’s an old street with a lot of history and character. Our office is in a building that has been there for many years. We like it because it’s close to the local temple, and the neighborhood feels very traditional and quiet. We handle various agency tasks, mostly things that people don't want to do themselves like filing paperwork and getting local permits from the government offices. It’s a small room with a couple of chairs for visitors and a large wooden desk that has seen better days. My brother and I run the place mostly, just the two of us. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing; we just rely on people walking in or calling us because they know we are here. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains heavily, which makes getting to work a bit of a challenge and we have to wear boots. But usually, it’s a nice place to be. We know most of the neighbors and the shopkeepers nearby by name. We aren't looking to become a giant agency with multiple branches. We just want to provide some help with their papers to the people in Pallavaram. If someone has a problem with their documents, they come to us. We sit down, have a coffee from the stall next door, and see how we can help.
