Shri Ganapathy Colours Inc

We are up on the second floor at 63 Devaraja Mudali Street in Park Town. It’s an old building in a very crowded part of town. If you know this area, you know how narrow the streets are and how many people are always rushing around with their goods. We deal with colours and dyes for various uses. The office always has bits of pigment here and there, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of the business. We’ve been here for a long time, and we’ve seen shops come and go all around us. We have customers who have been coming to see us since their fathers were running their businesses. It’s that kind of place. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we always tell everyone to watch their step. We don’t have fancy air conditioning in every room, just some old fans that hum all day and move the air around. It gets loud with the street noise, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest supplier around; we just want to take care of the people who walk through our door. We keep our records in big ledgers mostly, though we have a computer now too. It’s a busy, colorful life, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Each day brings something a bit different to the table, and we just keep moving forward.
