Senthil Clinic

Senthil Clinic is located at 283 Arunachalam Road in Saligramam. It’s a busy area and the street is usually packed with bikes and cars. Our clinic is a modest place where we see people from the local neighborhood. We have a small sign outside so people can find us. Inside, there is a waiting room with a few plastic chairs and some old magazines on a table. The fan on the ceiling wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. We spend our days doing the usual clinical work like checking temperatures and writing prescriptions. Most of our patients are families who have lived in Saligramam for a long time. We know their names and their medical histories without having to look them up every time. The office is filled with metal cabinets where we keep all the patient files. It’s not a digital setup; we still like using paper. Our receptionist has been here for years and she handles the appointments with a big desk diary. The clinic isn't fancy or corporate. It’s just a practical space for medicine. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. We don't do any big promotions or marketing. We just open the doors in the morning and see who needs help. It’s a lot of standing and talking, but we find it rewarding. We are just part of the daily life here on Arunachalam Road.
