You can find Sri Health Care at No. 91 on Ekkambara Dabedhar Street in Alandhur. People still use the old house number, 48, sometimes, which can be a bit confusing for new delivery drivers. Alandhur is a place where things feel a bit more traditional, and our street is no exception. The office is in a building that has been around for a while. It’s not a huge corporate space; it’s more of a local setup where we keep our supplies and do our administrative work. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure everything is where it needs to be. The floors are stone and stay cool even when it’s hot outside, which is a relief. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door. Most of us have been working here together for a long time, so we have our own way of doing things. There is a small tea stall just a few doors down where we go when we need a break. The street can be narrow, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle. We mostly just focus on getting the health care items sorted and sent out to whoever needs them. It’s quiet work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like being in this part of Alandhur because it feels like a real community where people know your name and we just do our jobs.
