Sarasu Clinic

Sarasu Clinic is basically a small spot in Tiruvottiyur. We are located at 48f Elai Amman Kovil. It’s a busy corner and you can usually hear the bells from the temple nearby. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite some time now. It isn’t a very big place, just a few rooms where we see people who live around here. Most of the folks who come in are neighbors we’ve known for years. We don't really do fancy advertisements or anything like that. People just know we are here when they have a cough or need a quick checkup. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit cramped, especially in the evenings when everyone gets off work, but we try to manage. We have a couple of wooden chairs and a small desk where we keep the records. The floor is old tile and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We see kids, grandparents, and everyone in between. It’s just a regular day-to-day thing for us here in Tiruvottiyur. We open up early and stay until the last person is seen. There’s no big corporate office behind us, just a few of us working together to keep the clinic running. It’s simple and honest work, and that’s how we like it. We are right there by the temple, so you can't miss us if you are walking down the street. It’s a good community to be a part of.
