Sunmach Equipments

Our place is at No. 5-D in Shanthi Colony No. 3, right on Thillaiyadi Valliammai Street in Saligramam. It is more of a residential-feeling area than a big industrial zone, which makes it a bit more relaxed to work in. We have a small setup where we handle all the equipment stuff. It is usually just a couple of us moving parts around or checking on orders. The street outside isn't too wide, so it can be a bit tricky when we have a delivery truck coming in. We have gotten to know the neighbors over the years, and they don't seem to mind the occasional noise. We aren't a big outfit with a lot of staff. Most of the time, the person who answers the phone is the same person who is out there fixing the machines. It is a hands-on kind of life. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while walking through the colony. We focus on getting the machinery back in working order so the owners can get back to their own jobs. It is simple, honest work that pays the bills. Sometimes we stay late if a job is particularly stubborn, but mostly we stick to a regular schedule because we have families to go home to.
