Cold Chain Solutions

We are Cold Chain Solutions, located on the second floor of building number five. We are right near Meenakshi Avenue in the Nolambur part of Mogappair West. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here. We work on refrigeration and cooling systems for transport. It’s a lot of technical stuff involving compressors and insulation. Our office is fairly simple. We have some charts on the walls and a few desks that have seen better days. Since we are on the second floor, we don't have a big storefront. Most people find us because someone told them we know how to fix cooling issues. The area around Meenakshi Avenue can get quite busy with traffic, especially in the evenings. We spend a lot of our time out at customer sites rather than sitting in the office. The office is mostly just a place to store our tools and do the billing. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people plainly about what’s wrong with their equipment and how much it will cost to fix. It’s a practical business. Sometimes we stay late when a customer has a cooling emergency, because that’s just the nature of the work. We’ve been in Mogappair West for a while now and feel like we’re part of the furniture here. It’s just us doing our thing every day, trying to keep things cold for everyone who needs it.
