S.V. Clinic

S.V. Clinic is situated at 56 High Road in Kodambakkam. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We have been at this address for a long time. The building is an older style, with high ceilings and heavy doors. We have a small waiting area that fills up quickly in the evenings. Kodambakkam is a place where everyone is always in a hurry, but once people step into the clinic, things slow down a little. We have a desk for the receptionist and a few chairs for those waiting. The walls are painted a light blue that has faded a bit over the years. We don't mind. S.V. Clinic is more about the people than the furniture. We see all sorts of folks coming from different parts of High Road. Some are just passing through, while others live right around the corner. We try to keep things simple here. There are no big posters or loud music. Just the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional car horn from outside. Our staff has been together for a while, so we know how to help each other out when things get hectic. It's a straightforward life we have here. We open up in the morning, see our patients, and close up when the last person leaves. Sometimes the street lights flicker on just as we are locking the front door at 56 High Road. It’s a good place to be.
