S S Trading

You can find S S Trading over at 201/5, Muthuranga Mudali Street. We are right in West Tambaram, which is a busy part of the city. The street can be narrow, and it gets really packed with bikes and pedestrians, especially in the evenings. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a regular storefront with our stock piled up inside. We’ve been on Muthuranga Mudali Street for a long time. The regulars know us by name, and we know them too. It’s a very local vibe here. Sometimes the morning traffic makes it hard to get the shutters up on time, but we manage. We don't have any fancy displays or a showroom. It’s more of a functional space. We spend most of our day moving boxes or talking to folks who stop by. The tea stall at the corner is where we usually get our breaks. We don’t really do marketing. Most of our business comes from people just walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. West Tambaram has changed a lot over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. It’s a lot of work keeping things organized in such a tight space, but that’s just part of the job. We keep the doors open six days a week and just get on with it. It is just us here, doing what we have always done on this street.
