Our company is based right here in Sriperumbudur. It’s a major industrial area, so there are factories everywhere you look. We operate out of a medium-sized facility where we handle our production work. The air is always filled with the sounds of machines and the hum of the nearby highway. We have a team of local people who come in every shift to keep things running. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in suits. We wear work clothes because things can get greasy or dusty depending on what we are doing that day. We've been in Sriperumbudur for several years and have seen the area grow quite a bit. Inside the building, we have our rows of equipment and a small area for the staff to take their breaks. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; everything happens right here on the ground. We spend a lot of time checking the machines to make sure they are working right. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important. We try to keep things organized, though the floor gets cluttered when we have a big order to finish. We don't do much in the way of promotion. We just focus on the orders we have and making sure they get out the door on time. It’s a steady life in a busy town. We have a small gatehouse where someone sits to check the trucks in and out. It’s just how we do things.
