S K L S Transport has been sitting here at 1/40 in Pulliline Village for quite some time now. Redhills is a busy spot but our corner stays mostly focused on the work at hand. We have our trucks coming in and out at all hours and you can usually hear the engines idling early in the morning before the sun really gets hot. The office isn't much to look at honestly. It is just a simple room with some old desks and files stacked up where we keep track of where everything is going. We started this because we knew the roads around here well. Mostly we spend our time talking to drivers or checking the tires. The village life is quiet except for when the heavy loads are moving. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big lobby. Usually, there is a pot of tea going and someone sitting by the door watching the traffic go by. People know where to find us if they need something moved from one place to another. We have seen the roads change over the years from dirt paths to what they are today. It gets dusty in the summer and a bit muddy when the rains hit but we just keep the wheels turning. Most of the guys working here are from around the neighborhood so they don't need a map to get around. It is just a straightforward place doing what needs doing every day.
