S K C L Property Management Services is based at number 4, Jayalakshmipuram 1st Street, right in Nungambakkam. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of old and new buildings mixed together. Our office is a bit small, tucked away on a side street. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of buildings. That means a lot of phone calls about plumbing, electricity, or keys. It is not always exciting, but it is what we do. We have been in Nungambakkam for a while, so we know most of the streets and shortcuts around here. Every day is different. One day we might be at a site checking on a leak, and the next we are sitting in the office going through paperwork. It can be a bit stressful when things break at the same time, but we just take it one thing at a time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. The office has a few old chairs and a lot of folders stacked on the desks. We are just regular people trying to keep these properties in decent shape. It is a lot of running around and checking on things, but we like being out in the community and seeing how things are going with the buildings we look after.
