Rov Media Llp is based on the ground floor of the Buhari Buildings, located at No-4 on Moores Road. It is a central spot in Chennai, so getting here is not too bad, though finding a parking space can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The office itself is quite simple. We did not spend much on fancy furniture or modern decorations. We mostly just have what we need to get the daily work done. There are four of us here most days. Moores Road stays busy, so there is always something happening outside the door. We spend a lot of our time on various media tasks. It involves a lot of screen time and phone calls throughout the day. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our jobs well and head home at a decent hour. Sometimes we have to stay late when a project is due, but that is just life. The building is older, so it has its quirks, like a flickering light in the hallway. We do not mind it much. It feels more real than those shiny new office blocks. We eat our lunch together most days and talk about stuff other than work. It keeps us sane. We do not have any scripted lines about our values. We just try to be decent people and handle our business honestly.
