Ray & Rio'S Speciality Clinic

Ray & Rio'S Speciality Clinic is located at No:2 Montieth Lane in Egmore. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you aren't looking for it, but once you find the lane, it’s easy enough. Egmore is a busy part of the city, but our little corner is slightly tucked away from the heaviest traffic. We’ve set up the clinic to be as practical as possible. There are a few different rooms for different types of checkups. We have a small reception area where we take down names and give out tokens. The chairs are just standard ones, and we have a few old magazines on the table that nobody really reads anymore. The walls are a pale color, and we have a few plants near the entrance that we try to keep alive. The staff here is a small group. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or filing papers. It can get a bit hectic when multiple people show up at the same time, but we just handle it as it comes. We don't use a lot of big words or medical jargon when we talk to patients. We just tell them what's going on and what they need to do. It feels like a regular office where people happen to come for their health needs. The fans are always spinning to keep the Chennai heat at bay. It’s a simple, functional place for the people in Egmore and the surrounding areas.
