Being located in T Nagar means there is never a quiet moment outside on Madley Road. The clinic is inside Ansary Flat, specifically at A-3, Flat No. 39. Finding the right door can be a little tricky the first time because the building has its own rhythm, but most folks figure it out. Dr R Vimala Bharath has the place set up so it’s practical. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. It’s more of a lived-in space where the walls have seen a lot of people come and go over the years. We spend a lot of time just keeping the paperwork in order and making sure the water cooler is filled up. The traffic on Madley Road is a constant hum in the background, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a very local feel here. We don’t use flashy signs or anything like that. People just know the address and show up when they have an appointment. Usually, someone is sitting in the waiting area reading an old newspaper while they wait their turn. It’s a simple routine that happens every day of the week. We try to keep things running on time, though the T Nagar traffic sometimes makes everyone a few minutes late, including us. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We’re here to work and that’s what we do.
