Our clinic is located in Shop Number 6 of the Uma Complex. We are right at the Kellys junction, specifically at 39 Balfour Road. If you’ve ever been through this area, you know how busy the junction can get with all the traffic and people walking by. It’s a small, practical space where we focus on skin and hair issues. We see a lot of different people every day, some with simple things and others who have been struggling with skin problems for years. The shop isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do. We keep things pretty casual here. There isn't a big reception desk with a dozen people; it's usually just a couple of us managing the front and the back. We use simple English to talk to our patients because we want everyone to understand what’s going on with their treatment. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to catch up on paperwork. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and people know us by now. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us at the junction or hear about us from a neighbor. We just try to give honest advice about hair and skin without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a regular clinic for regular people and we like it here. We have stayed at the same spot for years.
