Ramji Clinic

Ramji Clinic sits right on Paper Mills Road at number 74, which is a pretty busy part of Perambur. Being so close to Spectrum Mall means there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside our windows. We’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and people rushing by throughout the day. Inside, things are a bit calmer, though the waiting area gets crowded during the evening rush. We keep a few old magazines on the table, though most people just look at their phones these days. The clinic isn't very big, just a couple of rooms where we see patients and a small desk for records. We see all sorts of people from around Perambur, some who have lived here forever and others just passing through. The floors are a bit worn down from all the feet walking in and out over the years. We try to keep things moving so no one has to wait too long, but sometimes things take a bit more time than we expect. It’s just me and a couple of others working here most days. We handle the usual coughs, fevers, and checkups that come with running a local spot like this. It’s a straightforward place. No one is putting on an act here. We just show up, open the doors, and do what needs doing until it’s time to go home. Perambur is a lively neighborhood, and we are glad to be a small part of it.
