We set up Raak Online Services Private Limited on the ground floor of No. 23-B on Abu Sali Road. Saligramam is a busy area, especially with all the activity around here. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us, though the street can get a bit crowded with parked scooters and delivery vans. It’s not a fancy office building, just a practical space where we can sit down and get our work done. We handle all sorts of online services. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, but that's just part of working in Chennai. We’ve got our setup with desks and chairs, and a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, if you walk in, you'll just see us working at our screens. We chose this spot because it's convenient and feels like a real neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to provide decent service to the people who need help with their online tasks. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We've been here for a while now and have gotten to know the people on Abu Sali Road. It’s a good place to be. We just keep our heads down and focus on whatever the current task is for our clients.
