Queens Land Marketing Office

We are over in Saidapet at New No 7, which used to be Old No 119. We’re on the Anna Salai Mount Road Lane, quite close to the IDBI Bank. It’s a busy spot in Chennai, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by our window. Queens Land Marketing Office isn't anything fancy or high-tech. It's just where we handle the marketing tasks and all the paperwork that comes with our business. We spend a lot of our time on the phones or dealing with various documents and files. It’s a small space, and we keep it pretty simple with just the basic desks and chairs we need to stay organized. Since we are in Saidapet, it's fairly easy for us to get around the city when we need to meet people. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and the neighbors in the lane are all familiar faces. We don't go in for big, flashy displays or expensive office furniture. It's more about getting the actual work done every day. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of materials to sort through, but we manage to stay on top of it. The heat in the summer can be a bit much, especially in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees; we are just a small team working out of this lane near the bank. It's a practical setup that works for us.
