Qualia Day Spa

Qualia Day Spa is located at No 68 on Taylors Road in Kilpauk. We are quite close to the Ega Theatre, which is a big landmark in this part of Chennai. The building is simple and easy to find once you are on Taylors Road. We focus on having a space where people can come in and just have a quiet time while we work on them. The day usually begins with us checking the rooms and making sure the oils and towels are all ready. It is a lot of routine work, but we find it satisfying. Since we are near the theatre, the street outside can get quite crowded, especially when a movie is letting out. Inside, though, we try to keep things as calm as we can. It’s not a high-tech facility with glowing lights and fancy gadgets. It’s just a regular spa with staff who have been doing this for years. We handle all the cleaning and prep work ourselves. Many of our visitors are people who live in Kilpauk and want to get away from the city noise for an hour. We don’t use any complicated scripts when talking to people; we just treat everyone like a regular neighbor. The wood floors and the simple lighting are just how we like it. We’ve been at this location for a good while and have seen the neighborhood change, but our daily work stays pretty much the same.
